THE SIMPLE PROCESS

Six-Step Wedding Process
1. Initial Consultation
An appointment is scheduled at a convenient time to discuss your wedding plans and requirements.
2. Notice of Intended Marriage
During the first meeting, the Notice of Intended Marriage form is completed in accordance with legal requirements.
3. Ceremony Planning
Further details of the ceremony are discussed, including format, wording, and personal preferences. You will be provided with sample ceremony options, along with practical guidance and recommendations to help ensure the day reflects your intentions.
4. Final Meeting and Rehearsal
Approximately two weeks prior to the wedding, a second meeting is held to complete the Declaration of No Legal Impediment form, confirm all arrangements, finalise payment, and conduct a rehearsal.
5. Wedding Day
On the day of the ceremony, arrangements are managed in advance to ensure everything is prepared. The ceremony is then delivered in a professional, warm, and organised manner.
6. Marriage Certificate
If requested, the official Certificate of Marriage can be ordered for $68 on your behalf through Births, Deaths and Marriages and will be sent via registered post within a few days. Alternatively, you may apply for the certificate independently at any time after the ceremony.
